Who we work with
Built for People, Culture and Marketing Teams
From onboarding kits that make day one feel special to culture swag that people actually reach for, we help you design swag around your team and your brand — then handle sourcing, kitting, and delivery so you don't have to.
Building company swag people choose to wear
Internal swag has a harder job than external promo. Your team sees it every day, they know what good gear feels like, and anything that misses gets worn once and quietly retired. The test isn't whether it carries the logo — it's whether someone would pick it up if the logo weren't there.
That usually means spending more per piece on fewer pieces. A single well-cut hoodie in a colour people actually wear will outlast a full drawer of branded t-shirts, and it does more for how the team feels about the brand. We'd rather help you buy one good thing than five forgettable ones.
The practical side matters too: sizing across a real team, restocking as people join, and getting gear to remote staff without you packing boxes. Those are the details that decide whether a swag program survives its first year, so we plan for them at the start rather than improvising later.
Common questions
How do we handle sizing across a whole team?
Usually with a short size-collection form before production, which we can help you run. For ongoing programs an online company store removes the problem entirely — people pick their own size when they order, so you're not guessing or holding awkward stock.
What's the difference between company swag and promotional products?
Audience, mostly. Promo is built to make a brand memorable to people outside the business; swag is worn by the people inside it. Internal audiences are harder to please and see the item far more often, so quality and fit carry more weight than reach or unit cost.
Can you ship directly to remote employees?
Yes, including individually kitted packages to home addresses across Canada and the US. You supply the list; we handle packing, labelling and delivery.
How do we keep swag fresh without over-ordering?
Smaller, more frequent drops usually beat one large order, especially for apparel. If the program is ongoing, holding stock with us and fulfilling on demand avoids both the pallet in the corner and the panic reorder.
Do you help with the design, or do we need artwork ready?
Either. If you have brand guidelines and artwork we'll work to them. If you don't, our design step covers laying out the decoration properly for the product and method chosen — which is not the same as simply dropping a logo on a mockup.
Your brand isn't boring
