How We Work

A Plan, Not a Catalogue.

Anyone can put a logo on products. We learn your brand, your audience, your objective, your budget and your timeline — then come back with a short, curated proposal built for that moment. Nothing generic. Nothing off page 47.

The process

Great branded merch starts before the product search.

The best branded merchandise isn’t chosen from a catalogue. It’s designed around the audience, the objective, and the experience you want people to remember.

A table cluttered with generic promotional merchandise stamped with placeholder logos
01

We learn your world.

A 30-minute working session on your audience, the moment, your brand standards, your budget and your timeline. No product talk until the objective is clear.

A creative workshop table with sketches, product samples, mood boards and colour swatches
02

We curate. You choose.

You get back a short proposal of ideas mapped to your objective — a handful of strong directions, not forty pages of options. Every recommendation has a reason.

03

We build the experience.

Custom products, packaging, company stores, kitting, warehousing, and global fulfillment—everything working together as one branded experience.

The experience makes an impact.

People use it, remember it, talk about it, and connect it with your brand—because meaningful merchandise creates a lasting experience.

Why no catalogue?

The right idea isn’t hiding on page 47.

Flip through any promotional catalogue and you’ll find thousands of products. None of them know your brand, your audience, or what you’re trying to achieve — and merchandise chosen that way ends up generic, and generic ends up in a drawer. So we work the other way around: we start from your brief and design toward your objective. It also means there’s no ceiling on what we can make. Nothing on this site is “all we do,” because we don’t start from a product list. If you can imagine it, we can build it.

Want to browse anyway? Our idea database holds thousands of products and it’s open to you — as inspiration, not strategy. Whatever catches your eye, your proposal will still be curated for your brief.

What to bring

Bring the beautifully messy brief.

You don’t need a finished brief to start the conversation. A rough sense of three things is plenty:

Who it’s for

The audience and the moment — a product launch, an event, onboarding, a holiday, a milestone.

The goal

What you want people to feel, remember, or do next — pipeline, culture, visibility, loyalty.

The guardrails

Timing, quantities, budget range and brand standards — so every idea we bring back is buildable.

The process, proven

A brief, not a browse: how Okta filled a pipeline.

Okta’s enterprise sales team didn’t need swag — they needed conversations. The brief became a strategic holiday gifting campaign, and the campaign returned 1,900% ROI with more than $120K in qualified pipeline.
