Who we work with
Built for Event, Marketing and Culture Teams
Whether you're a marketing manager planning a 500-person conference, an HR team running an all-hands, an event coordinator managing a trade show booth, or a sales team hosting a client roadshow — we've done it. We know the timelines, the pressure, and what people actually want to take home.
Planning event merch backwards from the moment it's handed over
Event merch has one advantage and one problem. The advantage is that you know exactly where the person will be standing. The problem is that they're carrying a bag, a coffee and a lanyard, and whatever you hand them has to survive the walk to the hotel and the flight home.
That reality should drive the choice. Bulky items get abandoned at the venue. Anything genuinely useful during the event — something that solves a problem attendees actually have that day — gets used in front of everyone else. And the piece worth spending real money on is usually not the one you give to everybody.
A tiered approach tends to work: something small and good for anyone who stops, and something considered for the conversations that matter. Splitting the budget that way almost always beats spreading it evenly across every badge that walks past.
Common questions
How many should we order for a conference?
Fewer of the good thing than you'd expect, and it depends on how you're distributing. Handing something to everyone who passes needs different quantities than rewarding people who stop and talk. We'll work backwards from your traffic estimate and how you want the booth to run.
What actually gets kept after an event?
Things that solve a problem on the day, and things that are genuinely nicer than the equivalent someone already owns. Items that are neither — the branded pen, the flimsy tote — are the ones left in the hotel bin.
Can you ship directly to the venue?
Yes, and we'll plan for the venue's receiving rules and dates, which are often stricter than people expect. We can also split a run between venue delivery and your office.
How early do we need to start?
Earlier for events than almost anything else, because the date can't move. Custom production and anything shipped internationally needs the most runway; if the date is tight, tell us first and we'll build the shortlist around what can make it.
Can we do something custom rather than a catalogue item?
Yes, and events are often where it pays off most, because the piece is competing with a room full of the same tote bag. Custom pieces need more lead time, so the conversation has to start earlier.

Great Event Merch Starts Early
Most event merch problems happen because it gets ordered too late. We help you plan ahead — so you get products that are on-brand, on time, and actually worth keeping. Rush orders mean compromises. Early planning means options.
