Who we work with
Built for Marketing, HR and Events Teams
Whether you're stocking a company store, filling event kits, or sending client gifts, we source the right products, brand them properly, and handle kitting and fulfillment across Canada and beyond. One partner, one point of accountability.
How to choose promotional products that don't get thrown away
The difference between promo that works and promo that fills a drawer is rarely the product. It's whether the product fits the moment it's handed over. A conference giveaway, a customer thank-you and a new-hire welcome are three different jobs, and the item that suits one will usually underperform in the others.
We start from the brief rather than the catalogue: who receives it, where they'll be standing when they do, what you want them to feel, and what happens next. That narrows thousands of options down to a short list worth looking at — and it's the reason our proposals are a handful of considered ideas rather than forty pages of everything.
Decoration matters as much as the product. The same bag can look premium or cheap depending on whether it's embroidered, screen printed, debossed or heat-applied, and each method has different setup costs, colour limits and minimums. We'll tell you which method suits your artwork before you commit to a quantity.
Common questions
What are the minimum order quantities for promotional products?
Minimums depend on the product and the decoration method, not on us. Simple items with a single-colour print can start low; embroidered apparel, custom packaging and fully bespoke pieces need larger runs to be viable. We'll tell you the realistic minimum for your shortlist before you choose, so budget and quantity are settled early rather than after you've fallen for something.
How far in advance should we order?
Earlier than most teams expect. Standard catalogue items with straightforward decoration move quickly; custom manufacturing, overseas production and anything involving custom packaging or kitting needs meaningfully more runway. If you have a fixed in-hands date, tell us at the brief stage and we'll build the shortlist around what can actually arrive on time.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Usually, and where we can't we'll say so upfront. Colour matching depends on the decoration method and the material — embroidery thread, printed ink and dyed fabric all reproduce colour differently, and some substrates simply won't hold a precise match. We'll flag any compromise before production rather than after.
Do you handle warehousing, kitting and shipping?
Yes. We source, decorate, assemble and ship, including kitting individual packages and sending to multiple addresses. For ongoing programs we can hold stock and fulfil on demand rather than dropping a pallet in your office.
What if we don't know what we want yet?
That's the normal starting point, and it's the conversation we're best at. Bring the objective, the audience and the constraints; we'll come back with a curated proposal built for that brief. You don't need to arrive with a product in mind.
Buy on outcome, not price
Promo That Pays You Back
Cheap promo is expensive when nobody keeps it. We help you spend on products that get used — turning your logo into everyday impressions instead of landfill. Let's plan a program that actually earns its budget.
